Vanimal’s ToughSystem Four Pack is precision-built for the MAN TGE 2017+ LWB and fully compatible with DeWalt ToughSystem toolboxes. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this four-module system includes:

• OS Rear: 2 horizontal ToughSystem shelves with locating holes, integrated cargo compartments, and under-rack storage accessible from the rack’s front or rear
• NS Rear: 2 horizontal ToughSystem shelves with locating holes, integrated cargo compartments, and under-rack storage accessible from the rack’s front or rear
• Front (Shelves): 4 ToughSystem-compatible shelves with locating holes (optional front support rail), plus extra integrated cargo compartments for loose tools, fixings, and accessories
• Bulkhead (Trolley): Upright ToughSystem trolley storage plus additional ToughSystem-compatible shelving with locating holes (optional front support rail)

Together, these modules deliver maximum ToughSystem storage capacity, integrated cargo compartments, dual-access under-rack storage, and dedicated trolley housing for secure transport. Optional top trays and extra ToughSystem shelves are available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

ToughSystem racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. DeWalt ToughSystem boxes are not included.
