Vanimal’s ToughSystem Driver-Side racking is precision-built for the Nissan Interstar 2025+ MWB/LWB and fully compatible with DeWalt ToughSystem toolboxes. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this two-module system includes:

• Front (Shelves): 4 ToughSystem-compatible shelves for easy access
• OS Rear: 2 horizontal ToughSystem shelves with locating holes, integrated cargo compartments, and under-rack storage accessible from the rack’s front or rear

Together, these modules create a complete driver-side racking solution, combining rear cargo compartments and under-rack storage with front shelving for maximum ToughSystem capacity. Optional top trays and extra ToughSystem shelves are available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

ToughSystem racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. DeWalt ToughSystem boxes are not included.
