Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, and shipped throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom front toolbox racking with four Festool systainer shelves are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal-patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120 g/m smooth Phenolic on the other.

These racks have been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the 2023- Transit Custom SWB and LWB van, fitting snugly to the van sides.

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other cosmetic defects, chips or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

With a four-tier shelving Festool system, it gives ample room to store tool boxes, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

All our Transit Custom van racking comes ready notched to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent the smooth finish outside facias from cracking.

Easy-Assembly Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal-branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed, making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included, and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic plywood and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
