Ex-Demo Kia PV5 Cargo NS/OS Front Angled‑In Toolbox Hexaboard Shelving Racking

Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo Hexaboard racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic plywood with a black textured Hexaboard finish, providing a strong, stable and highly durable construction. The external facias feature a hexagonal textured Phenolic coating on one side and a smooth finish on the other.

This front-angled in toolbox rack is shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, fitting neatly on the nearside front section of the van. It can be used as a stand‑alone storage solution or combined with additional racking modules for increased capacity.

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other cosmetic defects, chips or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

NS Front: Four angled‑in shelves suitable for toolboxes such as Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar systems, along with tools and equipment. Designed for secure storage and easy access through the side door.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on the smooth Phenolic facias.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Despite the heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic construction, the unit remains lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
