Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our VW Crafter full-width bulkhead racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2017- VW Crafter van, fitting snugly against the bulkhead. With a width of 1380mm, this is the biggest compartment unit we make for VW Crafter and gives you masses of additional storage room at the bulkhead. Ideal as a stand-alone unit or can be added to an existing racking set up.

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other minor cosmetic defects, chips or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

With a four-tier shelving system and multi-compartments, it gives ample room to store tools, parts and loose items without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
