Buzz Cargo van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable, and durable build.

This side-load and side-access toolbox shelving rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the VW ID. Buzz Cargo van. Use this as a stand-alone storage solution, or if needed, simply add extra racking units to organise, and carry more cargo.

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other minor cosmetic defects, chips or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

With four angled shelves, this uniquely designed side-load shelving rack allows you to load, unload, and access items directly from the open side door. It provides ample room to store toolboxes, such as Makita MakPac, Dewalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout, and others, as well as tools, parts, samples, and other items, ensuring they stay organised and secure during transit. Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal-branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed, making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included, and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plywood and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks.
