Ex-Demo Transporter T7 Hexaboard Makita MakPac/ToolBox NS Rear Van Racking

This NS rear rack has been designed specifically to safely transport and store toolboxes, such as MakPac Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 boxes from MAKITA. Other toolboxes will fit but please refer to the attached datasheet to check the dimensions. This functional and practical racking system for the VW Transporter T7 offers a further 5 individual top compartments to store tools, cargo, and supplies.

Vanimal van racking storage systems are designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our VW Transporter T7 van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm Phenolic-treated, black hexaboard finish plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal-patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120 g/m smooth Phenolic on the other.

This racking fits the new generation of VW Transporter T7 van introduced in early 2025 with a completely new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing van.

Most of our van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included).

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other minor cosmetic defects, chips, or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Transporter for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. Some images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the product or vehicle scale. In all cases, full dimensions are shown on each product.
