Made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm phenolic treated, black hexaboard finish, plywood, which provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, and gives this PackOut-specific van rack a strong, stable, and durable build with improved moisture resistance and anti-slip properties. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other. This Vanimal van shelving rack has been specifically designed to accommodate Milwaukee PackOut toolboxes. Please check the list of compatible Milwaukee PackOut boxes by the reference numbers below.

This rack is van-specific and has been CAD-designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2012-2023 Ford Transit Custom van, fitting snugly to the van's side.

Full assembly instructions are included/attached and it should take you approximately 15-30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints).  Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.
