Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plywood, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the 2023 Ford Transit Custom van, fitting snugly behind the bulkhead on the offside of the van. With a width of 1080mm, it allows you to add this unit as an extension to your existing offside rear shelving unit or as a standalone racking system.

This racking fits the new generation of Ford Transit Custom van introduced in late 2023 (73 plate) with a completely new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing Custom, which was still available on the same plate.

Assembly Made Simple

Your Vanimal racking kit arrives flat-packed for easy handling. Each unit features a push-fit mortise and tenon joint design, allowing straightforward assembly in 10–30 minutes. Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides are provided.

Our racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to lining variations. We provide accurate product descriptions and, where possible, real photos of the actual racking. Some images are illustrative and may not reflect exact scale or fit.
