Vanimal’s front-positioned RackOut system is precision-built for the Ford Transit Custom 2023+ and fully compatible with Milwaukee Packout toolboxes and trolleys. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this modular racking unit includes one Packout-specific shelf and a dedicated trolley-ready compartment - ideal for mobile setups and fast access. Three integrated cargo compartments provide additional storage for tools, materials, or loose equipment. RackOut’s Packout shelf features locking slots for secure stacking and can be repositioned or expanded thanks to easy-fix hex/Allen key installation. Optional top shelf and extra Packout shelves available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Push-fit mortise and tenon joint design for fast assembly (10–30 minutes). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

RackOut racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Milwaukee Packout boxes and trolley are not included.
