Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This is a unique and fully adjustable full driver-side plywood racking system. Two racks combine to create a full driver side consisting of 4 fully height-adjustable angled shelves at the front, plus a rear rack with height and width adjustable compartment racking and a top tray for storage and transport of longer items.

• Front Toolbox Racking - Width 1080mm x Depth 440mm x Height 1193mm (4 fully adjustable shelves)
• Rear Racking - Width 1330mm x Depth 350mm x Height 1193mm (adjustable 5 large & 4 medium dividers)

Bungee holes on the toolbox opening section. (Bungees not included)

Optional Extra: A top tray for longer items, such as storage of and transport of copper pipe, spirit levels, etc and other longer objects is available (see below).

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and it should take you around 10 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.

Racking FAQs for Left-Hand Drive Van Owners:

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
