Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic treated, hexaboard finish plywood.

This is a unique and fully adjustable full driver-side plywood racking system. Two racks combine to create a full driver side consisting of 4 fully height-adjustable angled shelves at the front, plus a rear rack with height and width adjustable compartment racking and a top tray for storage and transport of longer items.

This racking has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2012-2023 Ford Transit Custom SWB van. The two racks combined create a full driver side consisting of 4 adjustable shelves, a top tray for longer items, and adjustable compartment racking.

• Rear Racking - Width 1000mm x Depth 330mm x Height 1190mm (adjustable 5 large & 4 medium dividers)
• Top Tray for Storage of Copper Pipe, Spirit Levels, etc, and/or other longer objects.

Some of our van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on the design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. Some images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the product or vehicle scale. In all cases, full dimensions are shown on each product.

Racking FAQs for Left-Hand Drive Van Owners:

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.

Speedy Delivery

You will receive a tracking code for your order as soon as it has been dispatched from our Vanimal production facility.

The courier will need a signature when delivering your order so please ensure that someone is at the delivery destination. A safe place to leave the delivery can be assigned if arranged in advance.
