Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic treated, hexaboard finish plywood.

This is a unique and fully adjustable full driver side plywood racking system. Two racks combine to create a full driver side consisting of 4 fully height adjustable angled shelves at the front, plus a rear rack with height and width adjustable compartment racking and a top tray for storage and transport of longer items.

This racking has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2012-2023 Ford Transit Custom SWB van. The two racks combined create a full driver side consisting of 4 adjustable shelves, top tray for longer items and adjustable compartment racking.

• External fascias: Textured Phenolic with hexagonal pattern & 120gm smooth phenolic
• Front Toolbox Racking - Width 1000mm x Depth 440mm x Height 1193mm (4 fully adjustable shelves)
• Rear Racking - Width 1000mm x Depth 330mm x Height 1193mm (adjustable 5 large & 4 medium dividers)
• Top Tray for Storage of Copper Pipe, Spirit Levels etc and/or other longer objects.

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and it should take you around 10 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic treated plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
