Kia PV5 Cargo OS Hexaboard Racking - Front & Rear Compartment Shelving

Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo Hexaboard racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic plywood with a black textured Hexaboard finish, providing a strong, stable and highly durable construction. The external facias feature a hexagonal textured Phenolic coating on one side and a 120 g/m smooth Phenolic finish on the other.

This driver‑side racking kit combines the OS Front and OS Rear compartment racks to create a continuous storage run along the full length of the van's offside. Both units are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, maximising space and providing a tailored, secure fit. The 24 separate compartments offer extensive storage for tools, parts and equipment.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on the smooth Phenolic facias.

Assembly & Installation

Your Vanimal racking kit arrives flat‑packed for easier handling and transport. Each unit uses a mortise‑and‑tenon node design for straightforward assembly in around 10–30 minutes per rack. Rubber mallet and optional wood glue are not included. Clear assembly instructions (and where available, video guides) are provided.

Our racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness.
