Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This complete racking setup includes both rear multi‑compartment racks along with the NS Front side‑load unit and the OS Front angled‑toolbox rack. All four modules are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, maximising storage space along both sides of the van. This configuration provides one of the most comprehensive storage solutions available for the PV5 Cargo.

NS Front: Side‑loading, with four angled‑out shelves for direct access through the side door. OS Front: Four angled‑in toolbox shelves suitable for Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar systems. NS & OS Rear: Matching three‑tier, 12‑compartment shelving units providing extensive storage for tools, parts, cargo and loose items, with quick access through the rear doors.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product imagery (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. Although made from heavy‑duty 12mm plyboard with a rigid structure, the units remain lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
