Vanimal’s bulkhead Makpac racking is precision-built for the Kia PV5 Cargo and is fully compatible with Makita Makpac toolboxes. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this modular racking system includes four Makpac-specific shelves, ideal for separating and securing toolboxes. Makpac’s specific shelves feature locating slots for secure stacking, and can be repositioned, swapped or expanded thanks to easy-fix hex/Allen key installation. Add or adjust shelves to suit your workflow, without dismantling the entire rack.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

Makpac racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Makita Makpac boxes are not included.
