Vanimal’s front-positioned Makpac racking is precision-built for the Kia PV5 Cargo and fully compatible with Makita Makpac toolboxes and trolleys. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this modular racking unit includes a Makpac-specific shelf and a dedicated trolley-ready compartment - ideal for mobile setups and fast access. Three integrated cargo compartments provide additional storage for tools, materials, or loose equipment. Makpac’s shelf features locating slots for secure stacking and can be repositioned or expanded thanks to easy-fix hex/Allen key installation. Optional top shelf and extra Makpac shelves available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for fast assembly (10–30 minutes). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

Makpac racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Makita Makpac boxes and trolley are not included.
