Vanimal’s offside rear and bulkhead shelves RackOut system is precision-built for the Kia PV5 Cargo and fully compatible with Milwaukee Packout toolboxes. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this combination includes the OS Rear RackOut module with two horizontal Packout-specific shelves, a vertical grab shelf, integrated cargo compartments, and under-rack storage accessible from the racks' front or rear. Each Packout shelf features a click-lock mechanism to keep toolboxes securely in place during transit. Alongside this, the Bulkhead RackOut module provides four Packout-compatible shelves, with the same click-lock security for safe stacking and easy access. Together, they deliver a professional van racking solution tailored to Milwaukee Packout users. Optional top trays and extra Packout shelves are available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

RackOut racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Milwaukee Packout boxes are not included.
