Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo Hexaboard racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic plywood with a black textured Hexaboard finish, providing a strong, stable and highly durable construction. The external facias feature a hexagonal textured Phenolic coating on one side and a smooth Phenolic finish on the other.

This NS Rear racking unit is shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, fitting neatly on the rear nearside of the van. It can be used as a stand‑alone storage solution or combined with additional racking modules for increased capacity.

NS Rear: A three‑tier shelving layout with 12 compartments for tools, parts, cargo and loose items, keeping everything organised and secure during transit.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on the smooth Phenolic facias.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Despite the heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic construction, the unit remains lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness.
