Kia PV5 Cargo OS Hexaboard Racking – Front Side‑Load & Rear Compartments

Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo Hexaboard racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic plywood with a black textured Hexaboard finish, providing a strong, stable and highly durable construction. The external facias feature a hexagonal textured Phenolic coating on one side and a 120gm smooth Phenolic finish on the other.

This full offside racking setup includes the OS Front side‑load toolbox rack and the OS Rear multi‑compartment shelving unit. Both modules are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, maximising storage space along the driver’s side of the van. Additional nearside racking can be added if more storage capacity is required.

OS Front: Four angled‑out shelves designed for direct side‑door loading and unloading. Suitable for Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar toolbox systems.

OS Rear: A three‑tier shelving layout with 12 compartments for tools, parts, cargo and loose items, providing secure and organised storage accessible through the rear doors.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on the smooth Phenolic facias.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Despite the heavy‑duty 12mm Phenolic construction, the units remain lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
