Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Peugeot Boxer van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This raacking system has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the 2006- Peugeot Boxer MWB van, fitting snugly to the van sides.

Assembly Made Simple

Your Vanimal racking kit arrives flat-packed for easy handling. Each unit features a push-fit mortise and tenon joint design, allowing straightforward assembly in 10–30 minutes. Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides are provided.

We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to help prevent cracking on the smooth outer facias.

Our racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to lining variations. We provide accurate product descriptions and, where possible, real photos of the actual racking. Some images are illustrative and may not reflect exact scale or fit.
