Vanimal’s nearside rear RackOut system is precision-built for the Peugeot Expert 2016+ L2 (LWB) and fully compatible with Milwaukee Packout toolboxes. Constructed from 12mm phenolic-coated hexaboard with a black textured finish, this rear-positioned module includes two horizontal Packout-specific shelves and an additional vertical grab shelf, perfect for storing a frequently used toolbox in a quick-access upright position. Three integrated cargo compartments provide flexible storage for tools, materials, or loose equipment. Storage space beneath the rack is accessible from both the front and rear doors. Optional top tray and extra Packout shelves available for added flexibility.

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise and tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. We recommend drilling 3mm pilot holes before screwing components together to prevent cracking on smooth outer facias.

Important Notes

RackOut racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in linings. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Milwaukee Packout boxes are not included.
