Our Vauxhall Vivaro C L-shaped front and bulkhead integrated racking units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This unique L-shaped racking unit has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the Vauxhall Vivaro C van, fitting snugly to the van side and bulkhead. Our Vanimal L-Racks are an innovative design, which integrates the bulkhead and front racking units together. It is in effect one unit, which maximises storage space by fitting right into the front right corner of the van, making use of space that would otherwise be lost.

The right hand (RH) L-Rack has a three shelving system per side with a total of twenty-four separate compartments. It maximises use of corner space and provides ample room to store tools, parts and loose items without worrying they’ll be all over the van when you get to your job.

**Notes**: Before installing and permanently fixing the racking unit onto the van you need to decide whether the Vivaro's under-seat storage area will be used in future. If it will, then the bulkhead trap door will need to be removed before installing the rack, this can be done easily. If this is not done prior to fixing the racking into the van then this will be permanently closed, making the under-seat storage area inaccessible. Furthermore, our unique racking design utilises the benefits of the twin sliding doors of the Vivaro C providing access to the front rack and its shelving from inside and outside the van, when the side door is open; as shown in product images.

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and it should take you around 10 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
