Our VW Caddy Cargo Maxi OS front van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2021- VW Caddy Cargo Maxi van, fitting snugly behind the bulkhead on the offside of the van. With a width of 819mm, it gives you the ability to add this unit as an extension of your existing offside rear shelving unit or as a stand-alone racking system.

With this 3-tier toolbox shelving unit there is ample room to store valuable toolboxes and their contents, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal-branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed, making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are include,d and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Caddy Cargo for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
