Not only does this give a secure, sturdy fit for the racking (no more banging and rattling from the back) it also uses the space most effectively, to hold more cargo in place.
Available in a choice of sizes, combinations and configurations to suit customer requirements, we offer our shelving and multi-compartment racking products for Ford, Peugeot, Fiat, Renault, Citroen, Mercedes, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Vauxhall and VW vans.
Every rack is manufactured here on site at Leeming Bar by our skilled team, using a brand-new specialist CNC router machine imported from Canada, and can be shipped anywhere in the UK or to Europe. We only use strong and sturdy 12mm plyboard – as it’s tough enough to do the job, yet lightweight to keep the load down – which is FSC certified.
Installing your Vanimal racking system is a quick straightforward DIY fit: they are supplied flat packed and slot together with precise-cut mortise and tenon joints (all instructions are supplied). Check out our assembly video to see how straightforward it is.
