Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plywood, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2012-2023 Ford Transit Custom van, fitting snugly against the bulkhead.  With a width of 1575mm, this is the biggest compartment unit we make for the Transit Custom and gives you masses of additional storage room at the bulkhead. Ideal as a stand-alone unit or can be added to an existing racking set-up.

With a three-tier shelving system, it gives ample room to store tools, parts and loose items without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

All our van racking comes ready notched to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

Our ex-demo van racking is delivered flat-packed but may have been previously assembled for product photography or development. The racks have never been glued but may have screw holes or other minor cosmetic defects, chips, or imperfections. Otherwise, these are in as-new condition and have never been used.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal-branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed, making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plywood and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. Some images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the product or vehicle scale. In all cases, full dimensions are shown on each product.
