Kia PV5 Cargo Racking – Twin Front Toolbox Shelves

Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This twin‑module setup combines the NS Front and OS Front angled‑in toolbox racks, each featuring four angled shelves. Both units are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, maximising front‑end storage space. Additional rear racking modules can be added if more storage capacity is required.

NS & OS Front: Each unit provides four angled shelves suitable for toolboxes such as Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar systems. Both racks also offer space for tools, parts and loose items, keeping everything organised and secure during transit. Full internal dimensions are available on the attached sheets or on request.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. 

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
