Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This triple racking setup includes the full‑width bulkhead rack along with both the NS Rear and OS Rear multi‑compartment shelving units. All three modules are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, fitting neatly against the bulkhead and rear van sides. This configuration provides a large, balanced storage solution across the full rear of the vehicle.

Bulkhead: Three‑tier shelving system with 13 compartments, designed to sit flush against the bulkhead for maximum front‑end storage. OS Rear: Three‑tier shelving with 12 compartments, shaped to sit neatly over the wheel arch. NS Rear: Matching three‑tier, 12‑compartment unit providing balanced storage on the opposite side.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. Although made from heavy‑duty 12mm plyboard with a rigid structure, the units remain lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
