Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This triple racking setup includes the OS Front rack and both rear NS and OS multi‑compartment units. All three modules are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, creating a full‑length storage solution on both sides of the van. With a total of 36 compartments across the three units, this is the largest storage configuration available for the PV5 Cargo.

OS Front: Three‑tier shelving system with 12 compartments for tools, parts and loose items. OS Rear: Three‑tier shelving with 12 compartments, designed to sit neatly over the wheel arch. NS Rear: Matching three‑tier, 12‑compartment unit providing balanced storage on the opposite side.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided. Although made from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood with a rigid structure, the units remain lightweight enough to lift easily into the van for installation.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Any toolboxes shown in images are not included.
