Vanimal van racking and shelving units are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy-duty 12mm plyboard for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This OS Front side‑load toolbox rack is shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo and provides direct access through the side door. It can be used as a stand‑alone storage unit or combined with additional racking modules to increase storage capacity.

The four angled shelves allow loading and unloading directly from the side door, giving quick access to toolboxes such as Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar systems. There is also space for tools, parts and samples, keeping everything organised and secure during transit. Full internal dimensions are available on the attached sheet or on request.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat-packed with all required fixings. Mortise-and-tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision-designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply-lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
