Vanimal van racking systems are designed and manufactured on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, with shipping across the UK and Europe. Our Kia PV5 Cargo racking is built from heavy‑duty 12mm plywood for a strong, stable and durable construction.

This full offside racking setup combines the OS Front side‑load toolbox rack with the OS Rear multi‑compartment shelving unit. Both modules are shaped to follow the contours of the Kia PV5 Cargo, maximising storage space along the entire driver’s side. Additional nearside racking modules can be added if more capacity is required.

• OS Front Side‑Load – Width 1000mm x Depth 395mm x Height 1190mm (4‑tier angled toolbox shelves)
• OS Rear – Width 970mm x Depth 435mm x Height 1190mm (3‑tier shelves with 12 compartments)

The OS Front unit provides four angled shelves for loading and unloading toolboxes directly from the side door, suitable for systems such as Makita MakPac, DeWalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout and similar. The OS Rear unit adds a three‑tier, 12‑compartment layout for tools, parts, cargo and loose items, keeping everything organised and secure during transit.

Some racks include pre‑cut notches for bungee cords, as shown in product images (bungees not included).

Assembly & Installation

Supplied flat‑packed with all required fixings. Mortise‑and‑tenon joint design for quick assembly (10–30 minutes per module). Rubber mallet and optional wood glue not included. Assembly instructions and/or video guides provided.

Important Notes

Vanimal racking is precision‑designed for specific van makes and models. If your van is ply‑lined, minor trimming of end panels may be required due to variations in lining thickness. Product descriptions and dimensions are accurate; some images may be illustrative and not to exact scale. Toolboxes shown in images are not included.
